The truth is, all pain is both physical and emotional.
Our mind and body are so closely intertwined that pain is experienced physically and emotionally.
Think about if you sprain your ankle on your dream vacation versus spraining your ankle in a job you hate where you're being mistreated. Same ankle sprain...different experience of pain. This happens because pain is influenced by our environment and our emotions. You may not even be aware of the interconnectedness, however they always exist together. This is exactly why the strategies we'll work on together tackle the complexity of pain.
I have coached women for a decade. They have struggled with things from chronic pain to divorce to debilitating self-doubt, and more. I have seen this framework be successful in all of them - and I'm confident it will help you, too.
How do we do it?
This coaching framework is built around understanding and utilizing the six standard areas of health (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, social connectedness, and risky substances) as well as the four pillars of pain science (education, exercise, sleep, and goals). We work to understand how each of these factors are helping or hindering your progress, then tackling them one by one.
Focusing on your individual story creates the path for your success.
Through research-supported strategies that utilize the teachings of Pain Neuroscience Education, Mental Fitness, and Lifestyle Medicine, you'll build sustainable habits that will change your life for the better.

Single Session
This single-session option is here for you to test the waters and schedule sessions as you need them. Each 45-minute session is completely dedicated to helping you solve the problem pressing at you the most.
6 Session Bundle
This bundle gives you the opportunity to secure 6 sessions right away, typically spread out across 12 weeks, and schedule them all in advance. Email and text support included. Payment plans available.
12 Session Bundle
The 12 session bundle is typically spread out across 24 weeks, meaning you have nearly 6 months of support guaranteed. Payment plans available.

Why listen to me?

Throughout my years as a Licensed Physical Therapist, I've helped hundreds of clients work towards their goals while reducing (or eliminating) their pain.
