Pain is physical.    Pain is emotional.

Our mind and body are so closely intertwined that pain is experienced physically AND emotionally.

Think about spraining your ankle on your dream vacation versus spraining your ankle in a job you hate. Same ankle sprain...totally different experience of pain.

This happens because pain is influenced by our environment, our body, and our emotions. You may not even be aware of the interconnectedness, however they always exist together. This is exactly why the strategies we'll work on together tackle the complexity of pain.

I've dedicated the last 30+ years of my life to understanding and treating all  pain. Throughout my years as a Licensed Physical Therapist, I've helped hundreds of clients work towards their goals while reducing (or eliminating) their pain.
